CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

Your order will be confirmed via e-mail within 24 hours, including the expected date of delivery.

TERMS FOR THE DELIVERY OF GOODS

Refrigerated and non-refrigerated goods:

Receiving order Delivery of goods
daily within 1-3 working days

Urgent orders:

Receiving order Delivery of goods
Daily until 13.00 h.
(we prefer arrangement by telephone)
Following working day

Goods to cover weekend services must be ordered no later than Thursday 13.00 h.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT DELIVERED GOODS

Possible complaints about damaged, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise unsuitable goods can be claimed within three working days after receiving the goods at the telephone number above, subsequent complaints will no longer be able to take into account. You can use the e-mail address reklamace@medesa.cz to make a complaint.

TERMS FOR DELIVERIES WITHOUT DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipments over 5000,- CZK incl. VAT…………………………… FREE shipping
Shipments up to 5000,- CZK incl. VAT………….………………… shipping 199, – CZK without VAT

Shipping will not be charged in case of residual deliveries caused by the lack of goods in stock.

DELIVERY DOCUMENTATION

Goods are delivered along with the delivery note and invoice, the standard invoice due date is 14 days. Another form (eg. cash on delivery) must be agreed in advance.
